Alessandra Visintainer, Francine Pellacani, Claudia Nakahara and Dolores de Pauli take on new roles at the agency
GUT has announced changes to its leadership, with the aim of strengthening its board. The agency will now have four new leaders to help with strategic decision-making.
With the changes, Alessandra Visintainer, head of account and partner, was promoted to managing director (MD) and Francine Pellacani, group account director, will take over as head of growth, in addition to remaining as leader at Ambev Brasil and being responsible for driving the company’s growth in new opportunities.
Claudia Nakahara, operations director, takes over as head of operations, being responsible for the operation of GUT SP and GUT Design, where she will be in charge of optimizing and improving internal processes, and Dolores de Pauli, group account director, becomes global client lead, responsible for the operation of global clients, in addition to her current client portfolio, in order to guarantee excellence in service to national and international clients.
“This strategic move recognizes the importance of having more people at the table to guide GUT’s growth, which has been happening quickly and organically. Women are exceptional leaders, they have a 360º vision, they can foresee problems, assess the consequences of important decisions and, most importantly, they have the sensitivity to understand how people will be affected by these decisions,” said Valeria Barone, CEO of GUT São Paulo.
