Ana Laura Motta will lead the accelerator’s branding and initiatives and oversee integrated communications strategies
Motim has announced the promotion of Ana Laura Motta, who will now take on the role of Chief Brand Strategy Officer. In this role, the executive will lead the accelerator’s brand area and initiatives, as well as oversee the integrated communication strategies and narratives developed for clients.
Ana Laura has been with the company since 2020, when she began working alongside the creation of the content area, moving on to coordination until taking on the role of head of content in 2021.
She was later promoted to the position of Content Manager & Head of LinkedIn PR, where she worked with accounts such as Nomad, Alura, Conta Simples and iD\TBWA. In 2023, she became a Partner of the accelerator.
“This is an extremely important position for the goal of creating a new category of disruption in integrated public relations strategies that Motim proposes to the market from 2025 onwards. And, to achieve this, it was necessary for the position to be filled by someone who was fluent in the accelerator’s methodology. I want to define a new level of excellence for the management of positioning innovation brands in Brazil”, said the professional.
Graduated in Public Relations from UNESP in Bauru, with a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from ESPM and certification in digital behavior from São Paulo Digital School, among other qualifications, Ana Laura has worked on developing communication and content strategies for more than 180 companies and executives, with a focus on startups and scale ups.
