After reports of instability and access difficulties by users this Tuesday afternoon (08), Spotify reported that the system is returning and recommended that anyone who is still having problems contact the support area.
“Many customers have recently had trouble logging in and accessing customer support. Things are looking up, but if you’re still having issues, please get back in touch,” he wrote on Twitter. The support channel, however, has a longer queue than usual, according to the platform itself.
Earlier, as reports grew, Spotify said it was looking into the situation. In the new post, however, did not explain the reasons that led to the problems.
According to DownDetector, which collects information about problems with technological devices, access difficulties began to be reported at 2:54 pm and peaked at 3:24 pm, with more than 6,000 complaints.
Sought, Spotify’s advice has not yet manifested.
