“Vivo Creators” initiative will now be active on collaborators’ social media profiles
Vivo has started a new phase of the “Vivo Creators” program and, now, employees will also act as external influencers, helping to spread the company’s messages on their own social media profiles, from the perspective of those who work at the company, with the aim of recognizing people who are naturally influencers and amplifying diverse voices.
The External Vivo Creators were chosen through an internal selection process, which assessed criteria such as communication, curiosity and creativity, in addition to evaluating the candidates’ social media profiles. There were 169 applicants and ten professionals were selected to join the team of 30 other Internal Vivo Creators, who work exclusively in internal communications.
“The Vivo Creators program is aligned with the company’s strategy. The content created by these employees generates natural engagement from people because it is more spontaneous and horizontal, from people to people. In 2023, the Internal Vivo Creators team worked on 80 topics, generating 326 posts, which helped reinforce Vivo’s key messages. Now externally, we will expand our reach”, says Leandro de Freitas, Vivo’s corporate communications director.
