Initiative seeks to evaluate the work of corporate communications agencies and promote continuous improvement in the sector
The deadline for companies to respond to the second edition of the Radar Abracom 2024 survey, by the Brazilian Association of Communication Agencies, ends on September 30th.
The initiative aims to evaluate the work of corporate communications agencies and promote continuous improvement in the sector. In addition to traditional assessments, the 2024 edition will feature a new section dedicated to the use of Artificial Intelligence as a challenge in the corporate environment.
The form takes about 10 minutes to complete and follows strict confidentiality and data protection protocols. The results will be released in October and participants will receive a full, analytical report.
In the first edition of the survey, conducted in 2022, 70% of respondents positively evaluated the work of the agencies, with 24% of them very satisfied and 46% satisfied. In total, the form received 168 responses.
At the time, participants were mostly high-ranking executives, such as CEOs, vice presidents, partners, directors and managers from the areas of communications, marketing and HR.
