Identities preserved
Each agency has maintained its own characteristics and identities, while the group provides crucial support in the areas of finance, people management, media tools, technology and data. This arrangement aims to facilitate communication and efficiency between the various business fronts led by the group.
“We are in a very exciting moment. For the first time, the group is represented in a single space, but each agency has maintained its personality, with us at the headquarters providing all the support in key areas”, confirms Andréa Fernandes, COO of Publicis Groupe Brazil.
The executive explains that the agencies do not have access to each other. They only share common areas. “It makes things much easier and makes the work more fluid. Furthermore, being in the same building ensures harmonization and we can more easily identify how to help each agency. We have operations with very different deliveries and it is essential that each identity is maintained”, she reinforces.
Even though it is located in another location, the Talent agency usually maintains a frequent routine of meetings with the group.
