Interactive mechanism also offers discounts and special recipes
Perdigão has launched the chatbot “Sing with Perdigão” on WhatsApp with the aim of promoting connection between the brand and its consumers with a dynamic of entertainment and exclusive content, in addition to discounts and special recipes, also offering interactive resources aimed at “Estrela da Casa”, on TV Globo, which has Perdigão as a sponsor brand. The new feature will be available until the final of the Globo reality show, on October 1st, and was developed in collaboration with Match.mt and DTI.
For fans of “Estrela da Casa”, the challenge is to sing a hit song by any participant on the show and, if the song and singer are recognized by the bot, the user receives a Perdigão recipe as a prize. Another possible interaction, when advancing the dialogue and passing the level, is to sing the Perdigão jingle to the chat. If the answer is correct, the user can receive a special discount coupon valid for the entire country or access to a page of the Mercato em Casa store for discounted purchases, available only for the city of São Paulo.
