This Tuesday’s Apple Event (8) brought some surprising news for apple fans. In addition to new devices, the company also revealed the new green color for the iPhone 13, updates to the iPad Air and a new generation of the famous Mac computer.

iPhone SE
Being the darling of the event, the new iPhone SE will bring 5G and the processor of the iPhone 13, the A15 Bionic. The design is reminiscent of older models like iPhone 6, has a glass back and home button sensory model like the iPhone 8. The screen does not follow the trend of infinity edges.
iPad Air with M1 and 5G
The tablet gained a version with an M1 chip and 5G. The processor promises twice the performance compared to other competitors, and features 16 neural cores. The camera has been upgraded to 12 MP and an ultra-wide lens. Prices have also been announced:
- iPad Air of 64 GB: R $ 6.799
- 64GB iPad Air with 5G: BRL 8,399
- iPad Air of 256 GB: R $ 8.399
- 256GB iPad Air with 5G: BRL 9,999
Mac com M1 Ultra
Computers will also not be left out of the new M1 Ultra chip, Apple’s most advanced. Ultrafusion technology doubles the chip’s performance when compared to the previous model, M1 Max. Another novelty is the capacity of up to 128GB of RAM.
The first computer to use this model is Mac Studio, which surprisingly does not have a screen, keyboard or mouse. Mac Studio is used to be connected to a monitor, and promises high processing, two USB and one HDMI inputs. The launch comes in two versions: M1 Max or M1 Ultra chip.
Streaming
Another novelty was aimed at the company’s own streaming service, Apple TV+. The announcement brought the arrival of broadcasting baseball matches in eight countries, including Brazil.
Monitor 5k
This is a release that brings a 27-inch, 5k resolution monitor to accompany the Mac Studio. The screen is made of nanoglass, has a swivel mode and comes with a 12 MP ultra-wide camera. The monitor also has three USB ports and a Thunderbolt port. The announced prices were:
- Mac Studio com M1 Max: R$ 22.999
- Mac Studio com M1 Ultra: R$ 46.999
- Studio Display: R$ 17.999
