Galeria.Holding completed two years of experience in the marketing, communication and technology services market, with nine companies in its portfolio: GALERIA.ag (advertising), Vitrine (OOH and DOOH), GUX (user experience), 404 (design ), Frame (audiovisual production and finishing), Catalyst (growth App), Gaia (SaaS products), Fluxo (data and geolocation) and A.gente (influencer marketing). The group projects revenue of R$400 million by the end of 2024, representing growth of 35% compared to the previous year.
The group originated with the creation of GALERIA.ag in September 2021. “When we launched GALERIA, our vision was already aligned with the growing convergence between technology and communication. However, observing the market we realize that agencies have historically adopted generalist business models, which due to a series of factors lead clients to adopt different suppliers for each communication pillar. By understanding and proving that brands’ marketing management was much more efficient when all functions — such as social media, end of funnel, design, point of sale, data management and analysis, among many others — were concentrated in a single place , we evolved our thinking and practice in order to offer a ‘one stop shop’ model to the market, creating practically from scratch new companies with different specialties and offering brands an integrated service proposal”, explains Eduardo Simon, chairman of Galeria .Holding and CEO and founding partner of GALERIA.ag.
The Holding sought to partner with specialized professionals who were interested in starting a business in the world of communication and technology.
“In the beginning, each one met the demands of the agency’s clients, but gradually they began to conquer brands independently and develop proprietary products, tools and technological platforms to serve the market in general. Each one is at an evolutionary stage from the point of view of revenue and revenue, but they are all growing, with a high degree of profitability”, adds Simon.
The group’s first specialized company was Vitrine, which established itself as one of the main Out of Home (OOH) media companies in Brazil. The most recent, A.gente, was created in July and specializes in influencer marketing.
The holding currently has 420 professionals, with 70% of revenue still coming from GALERIA.ag. The expectation is that, in the medium term, revenue will be divided equally between the agency and the other companies in the group.
