Apple TV Plus announces a bunch of new releases

Competition between streaming is increasingly fierce. Everyone looking for content to attract attention – and money – from the public. Apple TV Plus has very interesting content – and price too, 9.90. There I saw movies like Macbeth’s Tragedy e The Swan’s Songand series like The Morning Show e Schmigadoon. The company has now announced several of its upcoming releases. And it shows that it’s no joke. It has from the new Martin Scorsese movie with Leonardo DiCaprio, to Napoleon, by Ridley Scott, with Joaquin Phoenix. Here’s a list of what’s coming to Apple TV Plus this year and beyond…

Films

Cha Cha Real Smooth is the winner of the Best Drama Award, according to the audience at the 2022 Sundance Film Festival. It will premiere worldwide on Apple TV Plus on June 17th. Writer and director Cooper Raiff is a recent college graduate who moves back to his family’s home and works as a bar mitzvah and bat mitzvah party entertainer. He befriends a young mother, played by Dakota Johnson, and her teenage daughter.

Raymond & Ray follows stepbrothers (played by Ewan McGregor and Ethan Hawke) who lived in the shadow of a terrible father.

The Greatest Beer Run Ever, by Peter Farrelly, is a new dramedy with Zac Efron and Russell Crowe. It is based on the true story of John “Chickie” Donohue. In 1968, he left New York to seek out and share some beers with his childhood friends. Except they were in the Army – fighting in Vietnam.

Antoine Fuqua and Will Smith are in the new film Emancipation,which tells the triumphant story of a man who escapes slavery.

And still…

Killers of the Flower Moon, rejoins Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio. In addition to DiCaprio, the cast includes Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, John Lithgow, among others. The film follows the serial murders of North American Indians of the Osage ethnicity. It was a series of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror.
