A Talent reinforced its media team this week: seven professionals arrived at the agency, and will be led by the VP of media Victor Kamada. Larissa Costa (ex-Adidas), Rafael Roque (ex-Soko) and Larissa Matteis (ex-Eletromidia and ex-Suno) will be media managers.
Natasha Santorowho has worked at Publicis Brasil and Ogilvy, arrived as regional media manager. Guilherme Kocsis (ex-Wunderman Thompson) e Leidene Diniz (ex-Publicis Brasil) arrive as supervisors, and Bianca Leite completes the list of reinforcements as a performance assistant.
Already HYPR who arrived was Raissa Nogueira for the position of Senior Market Research Analyst and responsible for data-based projects and strategies. Raissa is a Data and Digital Marketing specialist with more than eight years of experience at Ambev.
She has a postgraduate degree in Master of Business Administration – MBA, BI, Digital Marketing and Data Driven Strategy from PUCRS – Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul and a degree in Materials Engineering from UNESP – Universidade Estadual Paulista – Júlio de Mesquita Filho.

Claudia Mendes is the agency’s new media director Purpple. Having worked at agencies such as Publicis, SunsetDDB, VMLY&R and Octagon Latam, the professional has already led several media and data projects.
Operation leader in Brasilia
Fabiano Mello arrived at Nacional Comunicação to lead the Brasília operation, bringing a solid track record of leadership in large projects for prominent clients in the market, such as Banco do Brasil, BTG Pactual, FIAT, Samsung, Nivea and Banco Central.
His portfolio includes consultancy for major national and international brands, solidifying his expertise in transforming challenges into growth opportunities.
Stage directors
A Anonymous Content Brazil received four stage directors for its casting. Raw Dew, Quemuel Cornelius, Natalia Leite e André Inácio They join the team alongside newcomer Vellas to work on developing projects in both the advertising and entertainment areas.
In addition to the five Brazilian names, Anonymous now also includes Alex Hulsey, Alyssa McClelland, Pantera, thritytwo and Tim Godsall – who already worked in Anonymous’ global operation and are now also available to produce work in Brazil.
With this, Anonymous’ proposal is to offer a team with the most diverse backgrounds and experiences, in addition to the creative and execution strength to work in different formats, ranging from 30-second commercials to streaming series, going through all the possibilities in advertising and entertainment.
