Ricardo Weitsman is back at Artplan as the new executive creative director. The creative, who reports directly to CCOs Rodrigo Almeida (Monte), Marcello Noronha and Rafael Gil, will be responsible for the team at the Rio de Janeiro office, led by general director Ana Paula Sanchez.
Ricardinho is from Rio, worked for important agencies in Rio and won the biggest international awards. At W/McCann RJ, he brought the Golden Lion in Cannes to Coca-Cola, with an unprecedented black Santa Claus on TV. The executive won L’Oréal’s first Cannes Lion outside of Paris.

Throughout his career he spent time at NBS, running very popular campaigns for Bob’s, BomNegócio, CCAA and Oi. Ricardinho was twice Professional of the Year, by the Columnists Award, and the best writer at the Rogerio Steinberg award, more than ten times.
Ricardinho’s arrival completes the agency’s ECD team, which also includes Roberta Moraes and Luiza Valdetaro, in São Paulo, and Gustavo Tirre, in Brasília.
