Unit in England will be led by managing director Rafael Freitas
Dojo will open an agency unit in London: Dojo UK. The agency’s international expansion aims to explore opportunities in a strategic market and promote the mixture of visions from two of the main global centers of creativity, Brazil and the United Kingdom, integrating opportunities also in terms of business, media expertise and themes such as Artificial Intelligence (AI ).
Dojo UK will be led by managing director Rafael Freitas. The professional has been in London for 14 years, working on regional (EMEA) and global accounts for clients such as Shell, Johnson & Johnson, Canon, Air Canada, Sage and Vodafone.
There, he worked at agencies such as Wunderman Thompson, VML and launched the content studio of the former JWT London. In Brazil, Freitas began his career at Ogilvy in São Paulo and had stints at Lowe, JWT and F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, working for clients such as Unilever, P&G, J&J, Cadbury, Diageo, Bayer and Unimed.
The DOJO UK model, as in the Brazilian office, aims to integrate the brands’ discourse with the vanguard of digital culture through actions that spread messages while capturing the essence of current conversations.
