The Life’s Good campaign, launched by LG, is a new effort by the brand to spread a message of optimism and positivity around the world. Inspired by the idea that life is good, the initiative invites people to share their own stories of overcoming and celebrating. With actions that connect the digital environment to the real world, LG seeks to transform optimism into a global movement, encouraging its consumers to celebrate the small and big moments that make life worth living.
To amplify this message, LG is promoting a global challenge on social media that encourages the use of the hashtags #LifesGood and #OptimismYourFeed on TikTok and Instagram. The idea is that each person contributes to creating a more inspiring digital environment, posting moments of happiness and good memories. The simple gesture of the “finger heart” – the mini heart formed with the thumb and index finger – is the symbol of the challenge, inspiring thousands of users around the world to spread optimism. In just three weeks, the ‘Optimism Your Feed’ playlist, launched in collaboration with global influencers, reached 1.2 billion views, proving the power of a positive approach in an increasingly saturated digital universe.
“The global Life’s Good campaign created by LG connects by inspiring and encouraging people to approach life with an optimistic attitude. As part of this movement, the brand launched a global challenge on social media to amplify this message, encouraging customers around the world to create and share moments of daily optimism on their social media feeds”, explains Sonah Lee, head of marketing at LG from Brazil.
One of the highlights of the campaign is the presence of Kaká, a former football player, as the brand’s new global ambassador. Known for his overcoming trajectory, Kaká faced challenges from the beginning of his career, such as a serious accident at the age of 18 that almost interrupted his dream. His story has made him a figure who reflects the spirit of Life’s Good. “Life is full of challenges, but we have to believe in our story and move forward with optimism,” says Kaká, who now joins LG to inspire people around the world to approach life positively.
Sonah Lee explains the impact of this partnership: “The new campaign, centered on the idea that life is good when we live with passion and purpose, will highlight real stories of overcoming. The player embodies these values as he has an inspiring trajectory in his personal life and in football. Kaká overcame a health problem that almost kept him away from the field and with optimism and positivity, he overcame it and became one of the best players in Brazil.”
In addition to digital, LG took the message of optimism to the streets. In Korea, the ‘Optimism Your Day’ event features a themed truck that travels around LG units, displaying positive messages and celebrating the campaign with employees and the public.
