Boiler Hub, which brings together the production companies Boiler Filmes, Ladybird, Crème Company, Balma Films and Boiler Entretenimento, announces the hiring of Carolina Teixeira for the position of Executive Producer.
The professional arrives to work with the group’s five companies alongside partner and CEO Juliana Martellotta and partner and CCO Dulcidio Caldeira.
In addition to working in executive production, Carolina will support the creation of strategies for stage directors and prospecting, together with the executive producers of each company in the hub.
According to the group, its activities also include developing new business opportunities, finding new directors for production companies and evaluating cases of directors interested in opening a label within the Hub.
In the past, Carolina Teixeira and Juliana Martellotta worked together at Barry Company. “I learn daily from Juliana and Dulcidio. With them, I have a very high bar to reach, and that drives me,” comments Teixeira.
“I always liked being around directors, making creative production, which is something I miss in the market. And here at the Hub I have the opportunity to think about career strategy for directors from the perspective of someone who is involved in their daily lives, understanding the difficulties and successes of the process.”
