The 3mais agency announces new additions to the team.
Bianca Escobar arrives to occupy the position of Brands and New Businesses manager, reporting to the area director, Rafaella Eyer. The team led by Guilherme Loureiro now has Tiago Boité supervising Intelligence and Brand Strategy. Furthermore, the agency hires a new Creative duo, made up of Art director Davi Barros and writer Rafaela Relva.
In addition to a master’s degree in Digital Marketing from the University of Southampton (United Kingdom) and five years’ previous experience at 3Mais itself, as well as other agencies, Bianca has worked in the Marketing Department of brands such as FGV, Itaú, Nokia, TVA and Parque Bondinho. TiGO Boité had been coordinating the Digital Media area and had also worked at other agencies, in addition to experience serving clients such as UniCarioca, Grupo ARGO, Instituto Ronald McDonald, Fundação do Câncer, Sebrae-RJ, Capemisa, Government of the State of RJ and Rio City Hall.
In the team led by Creative Director Flávio Medeiros, Barros arrives at 3mais as Art Director after working for brands such as NavCity, HOW Eletrônicos, Americanas, Shoptime, Fiocruz, Museu da Vida, Órama Investimentos and BTG Pactual, among others. The creative has a degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Estácio de Sá, with technical training in Front-End development from Instituto Infnet.
Writer Rafaela has worked at Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação, Eletrobras, Grupo Cataratas, Órama Investimentos and Grupo BTG Pactual. She has a degree in Advertising from the UFRJ School of Communication.
