Silvio Santos’ broadcaster presented a new organizational structure, Nestlé with new marketing directors, and Isla has a new head
In this short week, due to the Proclamation of the Republic holiday this Friday (15), the market saw an important movement in the SBT. The broadcaster founded by Silvio Santos, who died last August, announced its new organizational structure.
Daniela Abravanel Beyruti will continue as president of SBT, having, at his side, Fernando Justus Fischer as COO, and Marcello Sassatani as CFO. A new structure, led by Daniela and Fischer, will be formed by three superintendences that will encompass the company’s different departments: Content Creation & Production; Business & Marketing; and Distribution, Technology & Services.
Negócios & Comercialização, for example, will be led by Vicente Varela, who was director of commercial operations and market intelligence, and will now head the superintendence. The department will encompass, among others, the Commercial Operations, Market Intelligence, CRM and Data teams.
Already Nestléthe changes were in confectionery marketing, the company’s chocolate and biscuit operation. Tatianna Perri takes on the position of marketing director, responsible for the Garoto, Nestlé brands and the entire line of Easter products.
As for the position of executive marketing manager for KitKat and Local Jewels – the name given to Nestlé’s local chocolate brands, such as Garoto -, Nathaly Glashan She will be responsible for applying her expertise from 13 years at the company to the needs of the business.
Creation of Cheil
Bruno Couto was the reinforcement announced by Cheil Brasil to the creation area. The new director will be responsible for the role of creative director and will report directly to the CCO Felipe Andrade.
Couto brings the experience of having worked in creative leadership positions at VMLY&R and Tribal Worldwide, in addition to having also worked at agencies such as Africa, Ampfy, Fbiz, Wunderman and AgênciaClick.

Isla has a new head
A Isla hired Barbara Bernardes to the chair of head of strategy. The executive spent her career at some of the market’s leading agencies, including Y&R (currently VML), JWT, Africa Creative and Lew’Lara\TBWA.
She assumes leadership of Isla’s planning area, after eight years working with branding, and for three years as strategy director at Alexandria, a strategic branding consultancy company.
New director at Sodexo
Adriane Soares Biz was announced as the new director of communications and institutional relations at Sodexo. The executive arrives with the challenge of strengthening the company’s reputation, through an integrated strategy aligned with business objectives in Brazil.
According to the company, Adriane will focus on developing communication strategies and institutional relations focused on reputation, engagement and the company’s performance.
