Executive returns with the objective of strengthening the creative, collaborative and talent culture in the operation
Ogilvy Brasil announced the arrival of publicist Sergio Mugnaini as its new Chief Creative Officer.
Back at Ogilvy, the executive aims to continue the agency’s creative culture and inspire collaboration between areas, fostering and developing new talent.
“There is a lot of discussion about the importance of integrated campaigns, where technology is the main thread. But there is an even more important integration, which is the connection between the people, teams and disciplines of the agency”, said the CCO.
In his first time at Ogilvy, in 2003, Mugnaimi was Young Lions in the Brazilian delegation, and won his first Golden Lion. “Ogilvy was the first big agency where I worked, and where I experienced many remarkable moments, both in my personal and professional life”, recalled Mugnaini.
The creative has more than 20 years in the advertising market, having worked at major agencies in Brazil and abroad, including Goodby Silverstein & Partners and AKQA, both in the United States.
“Sergio did, and now, is part of our history again, bringing a piece from back there that talks with today and with the future we seek”, highlighted the CEO of Grupo Ogilvy Brasil, Luiz Fernando Musa, partner and founder from David.
The executive assumes the creative leadership of Ogilvy after working at SunsetDDB, where he also held the position of Chief Creative Officer.
