The executive will be responsible for managing the service area and developing new business activities
Ampfy announced the return of Guilherme Brum, this time as Partner and Chief Business Officer, joining the operation’s executive partners.
The new partner will be responsible for managing the Customer Service area with the support of directors Barbara Gava, Laura Tieppo and Monica Cerantola and a team of 30 professionals responsible for clients such as BRF (Perdigão and Mercato), Grupo Melitta (Melitta South America), Bloomin ‘ Brands (Outback Steakhouse), Coty (Risqué and Bozzano), Kaizen Gaming (Betano), Grupo Sovena (Azeites Andorinha), Docile, Atto, CNHI (New Holland), Enel, Vero Internet, Crypto.com and Instituto Terra.
Brum will also be responsible for the development of new business activities aimed at expanding and implementing new services and revenue formats.

With more than 15 years of experience in the marketing and communication market, Guilherme’s career includes working with groups such as WPP, Publicis, Dreamers and independent agencies such as Binder and Ampfy itself. For the past year, he served as CEO for Latin America at Green Park Content, a London-based global content marketing company.
