Casa Zero event, created by Iris Worldwide, will be held on December 2nd and 3rd
Created and produced by Iris Worldwide, Unilever Food Solutions proposes an immersive experience to increase food yield and promote food profitability in restaurants, with the presence of chefs, restaurant operators and special guests.
Casa Zero is a reflection on food waste in the country that is the largest grain and meat producer in the world. According to research by the Pact Against Hunger, more than 55 million tons of food are wasted each year.
“In response to this question, Iris Worldwide, a global creative innovation agency, designed an innovative campaign with the theme of greater food yield for Unilever Food Solutions, which is being communicated in digital media and which will have its great moment reflected in a offline experience”, explained a statement from Unilever.
“With this action, we seek to bring greater awareness about the total use of food within the professional gastronomic environment. With Casa Zero, we are implementing the efforts of a major communication campaign that also has the purpose of bringing this discussion to food service”, ponders executive Adriana Vichino, marketing director for the Latam region at Unilever.
