More than US$ 15,000 have already been raised by a Lego store in Chicago, in the United States, with the sale of representations of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and Molotov cocktails. The money reverted from the sale is being used for medical care for the Ukrainian population.
Retailer Citizen Brick is responsible for customizing the pieces, which have been selling for $100 (President Zelensky’s) and $10 (Molotov cocktails).
“Due to the recent invasion of Ukraine by the Russian military, Citizen Brick has decided to raise donations to help Ukrainian refugees. During the sale, buyers will have the chance to purchase these two personalized items,” the store wrote on Facebook.
