Digitiva teamed up with Tim Music Noites Cariocas in a project that will present digital artworks, the NFTs, at the festival, called “Arte nas Noites”.
“Ideated and conducted by Digitiva, the partnership with the festival creates new possibilities and disruptive paths involving music, contemporary art and cutting-edge technology”, said Luiz Calainho, responsible for the new TIM Music Noites Cariocas, alongside Alexandre Accioly.
These virtual art items from the project, which are limited and certified, as well as multiple, will be signed by René Machado, a visual artist in the contemporary art market.
On each of the eight nights of the event, a work selected by René for “Art in the Nights” will be exhibited in an event space.
“As a carioca, I feel honored to produce works for such an iconic event in the city, which brings together great artists in a postcard known around the world”, stated Machado.
On March 26, the event will feature singer Iza as the main attraction and a screen will be exposed in honor of actor Paulo Gustavo, a longtime friend of the singer and René, who passed away in May 2021.
“Today, music has joined the visual arts as being largely responsible for the popularization of NFTs, limited collectibles, which, like a physical work of art, are traded in the digital environment as items of high added value”, observed Ricardo Azevedo, partner at Digitiva. and subject matter expert.
