Publicis Brasil, the agency that bears the name of the most valuable communication holding in the world, announces the 4th edition of Entre, a program to train, develop and include professionals who intend to work in the creative area in agencies, with 85% of the 30 vacancies destined exclusively to people who identify themselves by the female gender who declare themselves to be black. The other vacancies will be intended for people who identify themselves by the female gender who declare themselves white or yellow.
The new season of the course has a partnership with Carreira Preta, a consultancy in corporate and educational solutions in diversity for inclusion and social integration. In all, 30 women will be selected to participate in the free course that will last about three months. Entries may be made by site from the 25/03/2022.
The consultancy held workshops to prepare Publicis Brasil’s creative leadership for the 4th edition of the course. The meetings aimed to integrate the creative departments’ vision of performance modeling into the project. The focus: transforming the welfare perspective into a talent attraction perspective.
People aged 18 and over, who are attending any semester or who are already graduated in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations and related areas, with or without experience in the creative area, can apply. In addition, high school graduates who have some prior experience in creative areas such as creation, art direction, writing or producing digital content for social media or related volunteer work.
Cíntia Pessoa, Human Resources Director at Publicis, explains that the agency is made up of more than 60% of women professionals, but that there is a lack of hiring specifically in the creative area. “At the end of the course, we have great expectations of hiring the students at Publicis. All will be prepared and qualified for the market and will be able to enter other agencies and companies.
According to Dani Ribeiro, Executive Creative Director at Publicis, to have a more contemporary and relevant creative result, it is necessary to have a diverse team. “Proportionality in teams is survival for our business. Entre opens the door to women with unique stories and contexts, who have a lot to add to the market and the world. We are very excited to welcome the participants,” she says.
Fábio Astolpho, Executive Creative Director at Publicis, emphasizes the responsibility of being an ally. “It is essential that we men are aware of the urgent need for gender equity in the creative departments of agencies. Good ideas only exist when different people work together. That’s why Entre is so important.” Classes will be taught mostly by Publicis professionals.
Priscilla Turíbio from Consultoria Carreira Preta, says that this is a project of great social and marketing impact. “The new edition of Entre arrives with a focus on the employability of the participants. Before, they took the course and finished their trajectories. Today, we also want to accompany them in the post-course to help them enter the job market”.
One of the novelties of the fourth edition of Entre are the development paths for the participants. The Conscious Career track, for example, has workshops on career management using Carreira Preta’s own authorial methodology.
The 2022 edition of Entre also features an unprecedented partnership between Publicis and Clube Share, an education platform from the Share company that contains courses with some of the most renowned professionals in the communication market. The Club will provide one-year subscriptions to all participants of the 4th edition of Entre.

Conceived by Domenico Massareto, CCO of Publicis, Entre aims to advance in the promotion of gender equality in the creative area. The project has already trained 90 women, impacting the entire market with the specialization of new talents.
After applying, candidates will undergo a screening to analyze their suitability for the program’s profile. After that, they will send a video with a quick presentation and, finally, they will participate in a panel with the leaders of Publicis.
Classes will start from May 2022. At first, most will be online, but, according to the guidelines of health organizations and sanitary protocols, there is the possibility of face-to-face classes, in the city of São Paulo.
