AMA campaign shows the reality of people who need to walk long distances to have access to clean water
Ambev launched a campaign that draws attention to the inequality of access to water in Brazil, with AMA water on World Water Day, celebrated this Tuesday (22).
Between March 22 and the beginning of April, those who travel through the city of São Paulo will be impacted by messages that will invite people to imagine themselves traveling common daily distances, but with one difference: only to go in search of water. to drink.
To create proximity with the public and with the daily reality of many, the distances worked in the AMA campaign were studied from popular spots in the capital of São Paulo, such as the Sé do Metrô station and Ibirapuera Park.
“Our idea is to alert and make as many people aware of the reality of many who still need to travel long distances to have access to drinking water. Together with JCDecaux, Optima and HYPR, we are propagating these messages throughout the city”, stated Gustavo Sartori, AMA Marketing Manager at Ambev.
In addition to the mobile ad space provided by HYPR, the companies JCDecaux and Optima provided more than 150 bonus points for displaying messages.
On social networks, the creative campaign also has brand ambassadors, activist Raull Santiago and presenter Astrid Fontenelle, who will be responsible for propagating this movement.
“For us, who have sustainability in the DNA of our brand and a great concern in the efficient management of water resources, it is a satisfaction and a great pleasure to be part of a campaign like this”, said Ana Celia Biondi, director general of JCDecaux in Brazil.
