Panels will discuss subjects such as ableism, ageism and regionalism
The Association of Advertising Professionals (APP) will promote the 2nd edition of the Bath of Diversity, a meeting that brings together professionals and leaders to discuss agendas that encompass plurality in communication.
The event will be held on March 23 and 24, from 9 am to 1 pm, online and free, broadcast on APP Brasil’s Youtube.
“The main idea of the event is that we deconstruct patterns on a daily basis, we are still far from having a plural work environment, but we need to move towards this moment”, said Silvio Soledade, president of APP Brasil.
In addition to the main theme, “What are the possible journeys?”, the panels will discuss subjects such as ableism, ageism and regionalism, raising necessary provocations and questions about the relationship of each one with society and, mainly, with the job market.
“The repercussion of the first edition of the event, which was initially planned to be annual, made us realize the urgency of approaching these themes and that is why it now becomes biannual. We seek to bring to the debate plural professionals who live and reflect on the issue of Diversity and Inclusion on a daily basis”, said Marta Gucciardi, from APP.
