The word unbelievable is an adjective for something that cannot be believed, something incredible, out of the ordinary, extraordinary or almost surreal. It was from this that came the inspiration for the name of Outback Steakhouse’s newest campaign, “Unbelievable – So Bold That It Doesn’t Seem True”, which brings three novelties to the brand’s menu, betting on innovation and, as always, on items premium: the surprising Double Truffled Burger made with truffle mayonnaise, the Shrimp Sliders with shrimp and bacon and Oreo Thunder, with Laka Oreo cream in the composition.
The Double Truffled Burger (R$ 59.90) features two burgers of 100g each on a brioche bun, lots of cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, Bloom Petals (petals of the famous Outback giant onion) and a differential: a unique flavor mayonnaise made with noble ingredients and truffle oil. A curiosity about the new burger is that it was the highest rated product in Outback history by the customer research group and the truffle mayonnaise was the high point.
Shrimp Sliders (R$ 71.90) are a combination of ingredients that guarantee the famous Bold Flavor of the brand with 4 mini sandwiches served on mini brioche bread, with dill mayonnaise that guarantees a fresh aroma, grilled shrimps, bacon, chives and sweet and sour Billabong sauce. To give the perfect match, the sandwiches are served with fries and grilled lemon. And to complete the almost surreal trio, the Oreo Thunder (R$ 39.90) also arrives at restaurants and delivery via iFood, an evolution of the traditional Outback dessert: a delicious chocolate brownie served with cream made with Laka®️ filling. Oreo®️, Oreo crumbles, chocolate syrup, syrup with Laka Oreo filling and Oreo cookie.
According to Renata Lamarco, Marketing Director at Bloomin’ Brands, the group that owns the Outback brand in Brazil:
