In the new position of Marketdata, Fabia will have the support of Marcelo Sousa, promoted to president of the company
Fabia Juliasz chega à VMLY&R como regional chief data and knowledge officer for Latin America and CEO of Marketdata Brasil, a data and information management company in the VMLY&R network. The hiring is part of the succession movement of Marketdata founder Rubens Stephan, who is retiring.
In Marketdata’s new position, Fabia will have the support of Marcelo Sousa, who has been with the company since its inception. The professional, who worked as executive director, was promoted to president and will be responsible for the growth of the core business, contributing to the strategies of regional clients.
“The scale and complexity of data today pose enormous challenges for all companies – even more so in a world where privacy issues and objective analysis tend to make the way we relate to the topic even more delicate”, says Fabia.
With a long trajectory in the communication industry, the executive stayed from 2017 to 2021 at Grupo Globo, where she served as Executive Director of Research & Knowledge.
Between 1999 and 2017, she worked at Grupo Ibope/Kantar Media, holding positions as executive director of Audiences for Kantar Media Latam, CEO of the joint venture IBOPE Nielsen Online, executive director of new business development and partnerships and founder of the IBOPE Intelligence survey. She also has experiences at Burroughs Electronics and Banco Itaú.
