Company becomes part of the GhN structure; transaction amount was not revealed
Holding of marketing and digital transformation, GhFly Network (GhN) announced the acquisition of part of Clima Comunicação in its group – the companies did not disclose the slice that was acquired nor the value of the transaction. From now on, the company becomes part of the holding.
With the move, GhFly Network will have three synergistic operations, creating a digital marketing offering of performance, data and corporate culture focused on all Latin American countries. Even with the acquisition, Clima Comunicação informed that it will continue to operate autonomously and independently from the other companies.
According to Gustavo Hana, CEO of GhFly Network, the acquisition meets the holding’s purpose: to make companies and people grow.
“In the post-pandemic scenario, companies need two machines to grow: the customer acquisition machine and the talent acquisition and retention machine. Clima was the missing piece to impact our customers’ entire growth journey” , says.
For Alexandre Hampf, Clima’s CEO, joining GhN is extremely strategic, especially in this new market moment. “Our business has increasingly used digital marketing strategies and data to deliver results for our customers. If before we talked about internal communication, today we bring a consultative company, complete in employee experience, organizational culture and employer branding”, he says.
Hampf will continue in charge of Clima, alongside Maurício Talão, partner and director of Operations at the company.
