The Instituto Projeto Neymar Jr. and Puma signed a partnership to work towards the social inclusion of young people and their families who are served by the institution created by athlete Neymar Jr. and his family.
The sporting goods brand developed the new uniforms and will promote specific actions in the social project’s areas of activity throughout the partnership.
To celebrate this partnership, Neymar Jr. and student Gustavo Greick Amaral, 16, starred in the video conceived and created by the Institute to publicize the partnership.
In the images, Neymar and Gustavo are wearing the new Puma uniforms, while the student’s voice narrates the return to school after the pandemic.
“Sponsoring a project like this, dressing all of the Institute’s children, is a source of great pride for us. We want more and more children to be able to play sports and, above all, have access to them”, said Fabio Kadow, marketing director at Puma Brasil.
The brand became the player’s sponsor in September 2020, a period in which the Institute was still closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic and with the return of face-to-face activities in the social project on March 7, students resumed their routine properly uniformed for the 2022 school year.
For the vice president of the Institute, Neymar da Silva Santos, having the support of Puma in this resumption of the project marked by the return of classes was essential to continue the work of inclusion of the INJR.
“We see in Puma values that we work daily with the project’s students. For us, offering the material for the classes is a support so that the students can feel included in the Institute”, said Santos.
