Always Soul and Arapiraca Filmes will independently and complement the agency
On the eve of completing five years in the market and currently with 120 permanent employees after two years of intense growth, Tech and Soul announced the launch of two operations, which will act independently and complement the advertising agency of the partners Claudio Kalim (CEO) , Flavio Waiteman (CCO), Fernando Amino (CSO) and Claudio Gora.
Both businesses were created to meet the strategic needs of the market, demanding differentiated structures to guarantee the best delivery for the brands. Companies will also be able to work for Tech and Soul’s own customers, but they are born with the aim of building their own portfolio of brands and projects.
One of the launches is Arapiraca Filmes, a production company led by executive producer João Pedro Albuquerque. The other new business is Always Soul, a company focused on always on digital projects and includes deliveries of social strategy, social creative and storymaker (“fast” video production). The operation will be led by Rodrigo Svezia (head of service) and Fabiano Feijó (head of strategy and creation).
In the area of social strategy, the goal is to offer a plan focused on social, on studying online behaviors and what is being born in the networks. Social creative is a native of social media who creates for networks and also looks at the influencer side as a means to take the idea forward. The storymaker, on the other hand, works like a film director, but who does everything via mobile for different formats like TikTok and Reels.
