Viviane Pepe: Communications Director at Avon. She has built a trajectory of more than 15 years in advertising agencies in the creative and strategic direction for major brands such as Coca-Cola, TIM and L’Oréal. With a degree from UFRJ, an MBA from FGV, specializations in Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York and Fashion Innovation from Central St. Martins in London, she is passionate about culture, behavior and innovation. At Avon, she has led the global Brand and Content team and is now part of the Network for Diversity.
Marjorie Teixeira: Communications Director at P&G Brazil. Born in Salvador (BA), Marjorie has a degree in Communication with an emphasis on Marketing from ESPM and an MBA from IESE Business School. At P & G for over 11 years, she is the communications director, leading important institutional projects for the company in Brazil.
