The operation creates an agency with 55 clients, more than 40 employees and which will keep the name “Seventh”
Agencies Seven7th and Deegy have just announced the merger of their operations, as a result of a process of conversations that took up the first three months of the year. The operation creates an agency with 55 clients, more than 40 employees and which will keep the name “Seven7th”, a decision that took into account the more advanced participation of the brand in other markets, such as Portugal, Dubai, Canada and the USA.
Based on the new structure, the agency intends to offer from consultative marketing to services such as billboards, internal marketing, campaigns to encourage the production of customized websites. Current customers include brands such as BMW, UOLEdtech, Black&Decker, Petland, Alobebe and Fitbank.
José Geraldo de Barros Coscelli, founder of Seven7th, will continue as CEO at the new agency and Mozart Castro Júnior, founder of Deegy, will be COO (Chief Operating Officer). Victor Leite, co-founder of Seven7th, will be responsible for planning and strategy.
The move also involved the entry of new investors such as tax specialist Sergio Presta and Ricardo Vasques, former president of Danone Águas in Brazil, who will integrate the advisory board of the new agency. The company did not disclose the amount contributed by each.
In this new scenario, the executives also promise that the agency will put into action an “aggressive acquisitions” plan. “Our expectation is to double our revenue this year, working on premises such as transparency, performance, agility and measurability”, says Coscelli.
