Youcom, brand of lifestyle young man from Lojas Renner SA, lands for the first time in the state of Ceará. The network’s arrival takes place on May 6 at Shopping RioMar, in Fortaleza, and has an investment of R$ 1.5 million in this operation. This is Youcom’s fourth store in the Northeast region, which already has one unit in Salvador (Bahia) and two in Recife (Pernambuco).
The opening follows the brand’s expansion strategy, which has been operating for eight years and already has 107 units in 15 Brazilian states. For 2022, Youcom expects to open a total of 10 new stores that include positions in the Southeast, North and Northeast regions.
“It is a joy to reach the Ceará retail market, expanding our operation in the Northeast, and placing our flag in the main cities and malls of the country. We want to bring our entire product mix to the public in the region, meeting their needs in the physical store or through our digital channels, with a strategy omnichannel charming”, says Youcom director Claudio Barone.
The point in the capital of Ceará offers a sales area of 211m², and itsdesignfollows the brand’s layout, which has a combination of youthful style and urban air, with an array of products aimed at facilitating customer purchases.

In 2021, Youcom invested more than R$7 million in its physical expansion front with the opening of five stores: in São Paulo (SP), in Shoppings Eldorado and Interlagos; in Curitiba (PR) at Shopping Mueller; in Campo Grande (MS), at Shopping Campo Grande (MS); and Rio de Janeiro, at Shopping Rio Sul.
The Fortaleza store will operate according to the shopping center hours, which also have on-site parking. Shopping RioMar Fortaleza is located at Rua Desembargador Lauro Nogueira, 1500, in the Papicu neighborhood.
