iDTBWA strengthens its leadership team by hiring Cristiano Ruiz and Zuma Mota as operations director and business leader, respectively.
Ruiz has more than 18 years of experience in the market, and has worked at Wunderman Thompson, Leo Burnett Tailor Made, Isobar Brasil and Razorfish. Mathematician and postgraduate in Information Systems, the executive arrives with the mission of developing plans to intensify the agency’s operating model.
Zuma performed strategic planning for major brands, such as Heineken, O Boticário, Mondelez, BIC and Jack Daniels. In 2019, he started to act as business leader at MRM Brasil, developing projects for Dia Supermercados, Banco BV, Sodimac Homecenter, Mastercard and Samsung. At iDTBWA, Mota arrives with the same challenge to be the account director of Febraban, Zanchetta, Galapagos and Panini.
