Burger King announces its newest campaign, which promises to stir the hearts and palates of the brand’s fans. To celebrate the arrival of Stranger Things 4 Vol.1 – on Netflix on May 27, the network launches several new features from May 26: the creation of the Stranger Menu, a limited edition combo available throughout the country, composed of by Waffle Burger, Batata Hellfire, Sundae Demogorgon and an exclusive temporary tattoo, with a box created especially to be part of the context, in addition to thematic and unique activations in BK restaurants in the city of São Paulo.
To get to know and learn more about the special menu, Burger King combines creativity with technology, launching an inverted page in its own app. The consumer will have access to the Stranger Menu when turning the BK app upside down, accessing the menu in the true mood of the series. In the period, purchases made through the tool, in addition to having promotional prices, will bring the consumer the possibility of double points in Clube BK, the brand’s loyalty program.
Also focused on offering complete and exclusive experiences, the chain promotes an immersion in its restaurants, transporting consumers to the universe of the series. Also from May 26th, stores on Av. Paulista, 633 and Praça Panamericana, 21, in São Paulo, will be transformed into “fortresses” to protect the public from the inverted world.
In the outdoor environment, audiences can see elements of the Upside Down pointing out the imminent danger, while the indoor environment features spaces such as the Rink-o-Mania skating rink and the Hellfire Club, which mark the new season of the series. On-site activations also include a different version of the drive-thru: the Stranger-Thru, which proposes a passage through an “interdimensional portal”. The themed communications throughout the days will be fully publishable, making the consumer feel part of the series’ universe.

The product is a limited edition and will be available while supplies last.
