DigitalReef, a global technology company for advertising and marketing, introduces Antonio Affoseca as Vice President of Ad Sales & Operations, responsible for all of Latin America. The hiring follows that of Marcus Imaizumi, announced in early April as Country Manager Brazil.
Maurizio Angelone, CEO of DigitalReef, explains that, after the launch of the DR-ONE integrated platform and the acquisition of the North American Connected TV (CTV) company Column6, the company has been looking for the best staff to add expertise and lead strategic sectors. “We are in a very accelerated expansion. Antonio Affosenca brings to the team his experience in qualifying businesses in advertising. He will lead this area in Latin America, our priority market”, he adds.
Affosenca specializes in mobile marketing for engagement via programmatic media, whether in retargeting or acquisition campaigns. A technology industry veteran, he has developed a solid career in leadership positions, board positions and as a co-founder of companies.

About Antonio Affonseca
Antonio Affonseca holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the KTH Royal Swedish Institute of Technology. He holds a master’s degree in Space Sciences from the Technical University of Luleå (Sweden) and the University of Würzburg (Germany), with a second degree in Space Engineering in Electronics and Informatics from the Czech University of Technology, both as a fellow of the prestigious Erasmus Mundus programme. He also has an MBA in Business Strategy from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP).
The professional combines a technical, management and customer acquisition background. His career includes Jampp, Done IT, Izzui, ATP Tecnologia, Zamin Resources Limited and, more recently, at Liftoff, where he served as country manager. He was a member of the Attribution and Retargeting committees of IAB Brasil, one of the main global organizations that support the development of digital marketing, and is a columnist for specialized publications.
