Apple on Tuesday announced the dates for its annual technology event, the Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2022which will take place between the 6th and 10th of June this year.
The times announced by the company were, in Brasília time:
- Keynote: at 2 pm
- Platforms State of the Union: from 17h
- Apple Design Awards: from 21h
In addition, at Apple Park, the company will reserve an exclusive day for a conversation with students and developers attending the event, presenting news of the brand’s operating systems, including the release of iOS 16 and iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS.
“WWDC has always been a forum for creating community connections. In that spirit, WWDC22 invites developers around the world to bring their best ideas to life. We love connecting with our developers and we hope all attendees feel energized by this experience,” said Susan Prescott, Apple’s vice president of marketing and product.
This is the third year in a row that students can participate in the conference through the Swift Student Challenge. This time, they will have to create their own app project using Swift Playgrounds.
