The Cannes festival ended this Saturday by awarding the Swedish film Triangle of Sadness. It is interesting to note that, in addition to cinema, the festival has also become a major fashion event. Models from all over the world, actresses, and celebrities cross the red carpet, and show off the biggest trends. Someone can even be elevated to the title of world celebrity depending on the clothes they choose for the occasion. Many divas were there, including Julia Roberts, Helen Mirren and Viola Davis. But, here are the 10 looks that caught my attention on the red carpet in these ten days of party.
Alessandra Ambrosio – Elie Saab
Alessandra had hits and misses on the red carpet. But she really nailed it with this Elie Saab dress. She looked like a princess at a spring dance. It was my favorite look.
Anne Hathaway – Louis Vuitton
Anne wore several beautiful looks. But what I liked the most was this brilliant white from Louis Vuitton, with this beautiful sapphire necklace from Bulgari. Time does not pass for her.
Elle Fanning by Giorgio Armani
I love Elle Fanning’s princess looks. And she looked like herself in this gorgeous Armani dress at the premiere of Top Gun: Maverick at Cannes.
Rebecca Hall de Gucci
I generally don’t like Rebecca Hall’s style. But she wore wonderful dresses at Cannes, as a member of the jury. And right at the opening of the festival, she rocked this mega-colorful Gucci. I loved!
Sharon Stone de Dolce & Gabbana
Sharon loves Cannes and Cannes loves her. She wore several amazing looks during the party, but my favorite was this green one, which she wore to the premiere of Crimes of the Future. A beautiful green Dolce & Gabbana that made her even more beautiful.
Carla Bruni – Celine
The former first lady of France is always one of the most elegant with looks where less is more. She wore this beautiful and delicate Celine dress to the premiere of Triangle of Sadness, which ended up being the winner of the year.
Jeanne Cadieu-Loewe
I love it when celebrities wear fun looks on the red carpet. This was the case with this Loewe gown that the model, Jake Gyllenhall’s girlfriend, Jeanne Cadieu, chose. The sandals were strange, but they didn’t spoil the look.
Bella Hadid – Vintage Gucci
Bella always stands out in her Cannes appearances. Now he’s dared in this skin-tight white dress (she can) from Gucci’s 1996 collection. It was the time when Tom Ford was the creative in the house. He’s still handsome.
Isabel Goulart – David Koma
It’s hard to be striking in a black dress on the red carpet. After all, everyone appeals to color to look sober and elegant (and thinner, lol). But I loved this dress by David Koma chosen by the Brazilian model, Izabel Goulart. Too fancy!
Diane Kruger as Oscar de La Renta
Diane is another one who hits the spot in Cannes. Always with unforgettable looks. And a blonde in red is always stunning. Her dress is by Oscar de la Renta.
Eliane Munhoz
