The Brazilian Association of Out of Home Media (ABOOH) announced the new board elected by member companies. The group, which will head the organization as of January, will have Felipe Forjaz (Helloo) as president, Ana Celia Biondi (JCDecaux) as vice president, in addition to the VPs of Market Relations, Alexandre Guerrero (Eletromidia); Regionals and Inspection, Rodrigo Kallas (Kallas); and Innovation, Felipe Viante (B.drops)
Among the plans of the new board are strategies to expand the generation of business among associates and increase advertising revenue in the OOH segment. To achieve this goal, according to the association, the new board committed, among other things, to promote a break with the current statute of the entity in order to integrate new members such as data technology companies, hardware and software providers, advertising agencies , advertisers, programmatic platforms, research institutes, content providers and OOH vehicles.
For the new president of the Association, Felipe Forjaz, the OOH market in the world is experiencing a time of full evolution with strong digitalization of inventories, new metrics provided by mobile data platforms that make the medium increasingly metric and in Brazil it should not be different.
“We understand that ABOOH now has a fundamental role in connecting the entire ecosystem, as a way of continuing to innovate the environment in Brazil”, says Forjaz.
