Dinamize announces the launch of the webhook, a resource that allows receiving data from external systems – such as CRM software and virtual stores. With the tool, the company informs that it is possible to qualify the management of lead and customer data from CRM or e-commerce with the platform.
The novelty allows service users with enabled webhook to connect the contacts of these systems with Dinamize, sending new behavioral information that will help create segmented and personalized marketing actions on the platform.
The data received may vary between personal information – such as name, phone number – and others, such as a purchase, date of purchase, type of product purchased, among others.
For Carolina Branchi, Director of Integrations at Dinamize, the new feature allows qualifying the management of contacts and facilitating the generation of new sales. “With the inbound webhook, the process for receiving information about the behavior of the audience and creating actions based on the data received becomes simpler.
