Habib’s innovates its hamburger menu with six unique new flavors. The new line is signed by chef Junior Peto, the name behind the artisanal hamburger from São Paulo, John’s Burguer, and brings favorite combinations to the menus among Brazilians, in addition to the innovative proposal with the iconic bib’sfiha in place of the traditional hamburger bread. The novelties are available from June 1st, in all Brazilian units.
“We are always attentive to our consumers and we have noticed, in recent years, the success of artisanal hamburgers among the public. We have been studying for some time possibilities of taking this experience to our restaurants, but, of course, without losing our characteristic and identity of our brand. The diversity of our menu is part of the essence of Habib’s and esfiha is our iconic product, so this launch could not be more special for us”, comments Rafael Polachini, Marketing Superintendent at Grupo Habib’s.
About the process of creating the new menu, chef Junior Peto said that “the challenge of creating varieties of hamburgers was enormous, even more so for a brand as large and consolidated as Habib’s. Throughout the process, my goal was to innovate and bring the brand identity to the creations. This is how the first esfiha hamburger in Brazil was born – and who knows, in the world. This launch combines my specialty with the taste of the most famous esfiha in the country”.
Habib’s new hamburger menu has six flavors, designed for all tastes and preferences. Check out the options below:
Bib’sfiha Salad Burger: Three-cheese Bib’sfiha, 120g of beef, cheddar cheese, sliced baked bacon, red onion, tomato, iceberg lettuce, special pickle sauce and buttered potato bread.
Bib’sfiha Cheddar Burger:Three-cheese bib’sfiha, 120g of meat, cheddar cheese, plated onions, salt seasoned with pepper, chopped bacon, special pickle sauce and buttered potato bread.
Bib’s Chicken BBQ: potato bread with butter, 140g breaded chicken with barbecue sauce, red onion, tomato, iceberg lettuce and pickle sauce.
Bib’s Classic Burger: buttered potato bread, 120g beef, red onion and pickle mix, cheddar cheese, sliced bacon and pickle sauce.
Bib’s Salted Bacon: buttered potato bread, 120g of meat, sliced cheddar cheese, crispy baked bacon, tomato, iceberg lettuce and green mayonnaise.
Bib’s Caramelized Onion: buttered potato bread, 120g of meat, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, sliced bacon and special pickle sauce.
