The brand, together with the NGO Casa 1, will promote the training of hairdressing assistants for a year, focusing on trans people.
Wella Professional has launched a campaign that celebrates and communicates all forms of love, called “Love and Let Love”.
The action brings the launch of the Invigo Love Edition Shampoo emblazoned with the colors of the LGBTQIAP+ flag, in support of the community and love in all its forms.
In addition to the product, the brand, together with the NGO Casa 1, will promote the training of hairdresser assistants for a year, focusing on trans people.
“The Wella Company together with its diversity committee and Casa1 are committed to promoting an increasingly inclusive environment through training, lectures and hiring focused on diversity”, commented Ana Paula (Poppy) Fischer, marketing director of Wella Company in Brazil.
Also as part of the initiatives during the month of June, ambassadors Celso Kamura and Miguel Estelrich will be responsible for transforming influencers, who represent the countless couples who are part of the community and who suffer or have suffered from some kind of prejudice.
The ambassadors were also responsible for the creative direction of a beauty editorial co-created by artists and hairstylists, who are also part of the LGBTQIAPN+ community, Bruno Ximendes, Kal Nascimento, Fabio Paiva and Cléber Venancios.
