According to the broadcaster, the idea is to ‘promote greater synergy and agility and ensure focus on the consolidation of the direct relationship strategy with the consumer’.
In one of the changes, Globoplay and digital audiovisual products are now commanded by Teresa Penna. The entertainment, children’s, variety and news channels will be led by Daniela Mignani.
At BETC Havas, Marcelo Bruzzesi assumed the role of VP of creation at BETC Havas. He will share the position with Alexandre Vilela (Xã). Bringing together more than 18 years of career, Bruzzesi has worked in agencies such as Africa, Grey, Leo Burnett Tailor Made, DM9DDB, Ampfy and Leo Burnett Lisboa.
Also in branches, Cheil presented its structure with the new formatting of the creation and planning areas, which are now unified with the content and business intelligence fronts, respectively. The merger, according to the agency, was the result of a natural movement as it is a behavior that has always been part of the agency’s daily routine.
CNN Brasil
CNN Brasil, earlier this week, introduced Mariana Cantarelli as its new marketing director. At the company since 2020, the executive was in charge of the digital media and branded content areas at CNN Brasil and the CNN Lab business unit.
Mariana also took over the Commercial Strategy area of the company, which will continue under her leadership.

General Motors (GM) has announced Christianne Rego as the new CMO for South America. She will fill a position previously held by Hermann Mahnke, who took over as the company’s Marketing Customer Experience Director in the United States on April 1.
The most recent professional was at Grupo BIG, where she stayed for almost four years as executive director of marketing. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked for companies such as Unilever, Parmalat, Kraft Foods, Whirlpool, Pepsico, Mondelēz International (formerly Kraft Foods) and J. Macêdo.
Campari
The new marketing director of Campari Group is Vinicius Löw, who had been working at the company as head of digital since 2021. He replaces André Campos, who left the position in May.
“The group has extremely iconic brands. The objective will not only be to sell Campari and Aperol, but to generate desire for the sophistication of a Negroni, to provoke a sensation of sunset with an Aperol Spritz. I strongly believe in the power of creativity to boost the mixology market, whether inside or outside the drink”, says Löw.
BMW
Tatiana Biasetton has been named the new head of marketing and CRM at BMW Brazil. The executive accumulates 12 years of experience in the Brazilian premium car market and arrives at the Bavarian brand to accelerate the digitization and innovation processes at BMW, ongoing since 2020. Tatiana will report to Aksel Krieger, CEO and President of BMW Group Brazil.
Before joining BMW, the executive worked in other premium car brands and also in groups of dealerships in the segment. Born in São Paulo (SP), the executive holds a degree in Social Communication from ESPM- Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, has a specialization in Trade Marketing and an MBA in Communication Management in Digital Media, both from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

Integer\OutPromo promoted Danilo Vizagre, who becomes executive VP of creation and responsible for the entire creative area of the agency, and Rodrigo Sacramento, who is no longer head of digital commerce and takes over as director of digital and innovation. The executives will report to the managing director, Ricardo Franken.
The CCO and partner of Integer\OutPromo, Antonio Neto, leaves the executive role, remaining only as a partner of the agency, to dedicate himself to his career as a visual artist.
