The action “Alô Botik” has three episodes presented by Maria Cândida and with guests to talk about self-care
O Boticário launched the action “Alô Botik”, a customer service (SAC), to present the new product in Botik’s portfolio: the Retinol Puro line.
The program is led by journalist and presenter Maria Cândida, who welcomes guests from different age groups to talk about self-care, skin maturing and an uncomplicated care routine.
The action is divided into three episodes that will air on the brand’s official profile, with retinol as the central theme and with a creative conception by the PROS agency.
“With the challenge of generating engagement and community identification, we idealized ‘Alô, Botik’ as a listening space for consumers who want to venture out among the numerous offers of skincare assets available on the market”, explained Fernanda Tchernobilsky, Co-CEO of PROS.
In addition to the SAC, the campaign has a film created by W3Haus, which aims to re-signify age and remove the taboos related to aging.
