Adobe, BFerraz, i-Cherry and FCB Brasil are some of the news
BFerraz, FCB Brasil and Adobe were some of the companies that this week announced the arrival of several professionals. The latter, for example, presented Camila Miranda, the new occupant of the head of marketing solution led for Latin America. With a 12-year career, the communication and marketing specialist arrives with the purpose of creating and developing Adobe’s brand and positioning strategies in the region.
At BFerraz, the novelty was the change in their leadership positions. Enricco Benetti, who was previously serving as CCO & CSO, now assumes the role of Co-CEO. By his side, will be Oscar Moraes, who arrives to be, in addition to co-CEO, COO. Bazinho Ferraz, who has been holding the CEO chair and accumulating the same role with B&Partners.co – The Brandtech Network, will serve as chairman of the board of BFerraz and Network.
Another highlight of the week was the arrival of Mosaico in São Paulo. In addition, the company made official the hiring of Bruno Soares, ex-Globo, for the position of commercial director.
The company said it aims to boost the media solutions of the group’s companies – Digital Media Strategic, Range Mobile and Inflow. “The focus, at the moment, is to operate with the group’s vehicles in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and in the main squares of Brazil”, details the new commercial director.
FCB Brazil
With the mission of helping to build new audience models, consumer journeys and results measurement, advertising company Iuellen Souza joins the FCB Brasil media team, serving clients such as Brastemp, Consul, Leite Moça and The Body Shop.
Iuellen has worked at DPZ&T, CUBOCC, Wieden+Kenneedy and, more recently, Artplan, where she worked for accounts such as Vivo, Nike, Arezzo and Liberty.

Lucas Jatobá is Dojo’s new Associate Creative Director. With more than 15 years of experience in the advertising market in companies outside Brazil, the publicist, producer and stage director has worked at Contrapunto BBDO in Spain, in addition to Droga5, Havas Worldwide and Leo Burnett in Australia.

The pet food brand has announced Carla Pistori as Director of Corporate Affairs, responsible for the Science Affairs & Science Communication, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Communications and Consumer Care agendas. The professional has 17 years of experience in the company.
i-Cherry
Mellina Azevedo is the new COO of i-Cherry, the martech, media and digital SEO company of the WPP Group. One of Mellina’s objectives will be to ensure that the agency’s solutions are used efficiently for deliveries to clients and also to maintain a suitable working environment for employees.
The professional has been at the agency for eight years, where she led Misfits, a solutions and education hub with experts from i-Cherry and Mirum. Now, she will be fully dedicated to i-Cherry.
JCDecaux
João Binda is the new commercial director of JCDecaux in Brazil. The executive will take office in August and will have the mission to lead the commercialization of the global out-of-home leader, contributing to the expansion of new fronts of digital transformation, as well as in the relationship with agencies and advertisers.
Binda has more than 15 years of experience in agencies and, in the last five years, in companies such as Yahoo Brasil and, more recently, Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação.
“Out-of-home media is one of the most relevant media, which is part of the consumer’s journey and has grown and stood out around the world, offering more and more resources, interactivity and data-based solutions, expanding the assertiveness of campaigns and measurement of results”, he said.

Adsmovil announced this week the arrival of Luciana Lira and Rafaella Plantullo and the promotion of Cristina Gama as, respectively, amplify sales manager, mobile sales manager and sales director in the commercial area of the company in Brazil.
