FSB Holding has just made another acquisition, the third of a movement started with the purchase of Loures, in 2018, and boosted a year ago with Giusti. The difference now is the profile of the traded company, JotaCOM, a performance marketing agency.
In times of creation of communication ecosystems, the transaction seeks to give gas to the holding in the marketing pillar. This union with JotaCom will allow us to take a leap of several years in data management, marketing and digital platforms. It is difficult to find an independent, Brazilian communication consulting holding with the delivery and execution capacity that we have today, says partner Alexandre Loures.
According to the professional, the FSB’s advertising vertical, I2, put 65 campaigns on the street throughout 2021, turning over resources of around BRL 90 million.
Founded in 2005, JotaCom has over 100 professionals and serves clients such as SulAmrica, Duolingo, EspaoLaser, Privalia, Hospital Albert Einstein and Sicredi. Founder and current CEO Jurgis Figueiredo and VPs Joo Passarinho Netto (Creative Strategy) and Fbio Mello (Creative Execution), who joined the company in 2012, continued to lead the operation.
To accommodate the new business, the FSB is making some changes to the structures. Alexandre Loures will be responsible for the integration, supported by Augusto Martins, who took care of the holding’s back office and now assumes the position of leading the financial and operational accommodation. Davi Nogueira arrives at the company to succeed him as the new CFO.
The holding company, currently made up of seven companies, expects to close the year with around 400 million in revenue.
