Department headed by the now CCO Fernanda Cepollini, who also accumulates the role of CSO
Execution presented this Monday (15th) the new structure of its creative area, led by Fernanda Cepollini, who will now respond as CCO and accumulate the role of CSO.
According to the agency, the new format will be a tripod that includes strategy, creation and content under the same provision, a sector that will encompass around 160 employees of the agency.
The integrated creative area now has the support of an in-house video production company, also led by Fernanda Cepollini. A professional with over 20 years in the market, she has been with Execution since the agency’s launch, five years ago, where she arrived as a copywriter, coming from the Publicis group.
Also as part of the changes in creation, Wagner Santana, who worked at Neogama/BBH and arrived at Execution in 2017 as art director, was promoted to creative director.
Another novelty is Kamila Muniz, who becomes responsible for the digital content strategy. J Vinicius Panvechi is the new head of creation focused on Bradesco Seguros.
The leadership of the integrated creation, strategy and content sector is also composed by Ricardo Camacho, creative director with stints at R/GA, Fbiz, Publicis, Heads and Africa; and Aline Valrio, head of planning, for ten years in the communication area.
