Gerando Falces, FIN4ShE and TransEmpregos are among the new partners of the free digital job search and recruitment platform
One year after its launch, the free digital platform konecte.me, focused on the communication, marketing and tourism markets, announces partnerships to foster diversity and inclusion in the job market.
With the motto Recruit Diversity , konecte.me signed partnerships with Rede Gerando Falces, chaired by Edu Lyra, which encourages the hiring of professionals from more sensitive regions; with the FIN4ShE platform, which helps and prepares women for the job market; with TransEmpregos, the largest social project for the employability of transgender professionals in Brazil; and with Fernando de Noronha’s business network, to promote local tourism and publicize opportunities on the island of Pernambuco.
We were born to bring something new to the market. We are not just a recruitment platform, we have diversity and inclusion in our DNA, and the objective was to expand this possibility through new partnerships. We need to give opportunities to those who cannot afford a job, says Celio Ashcar Jr, co-founder & partner.
At konecte.me, companies can advertise and promote vacancies to find qualified professionals and customize their administration pages with smart modules. Professionals can also publicize and promote their curriculum and portfolio to find the best jobs, in addition to customizing their administration pages, all for free. The platform currently has more than 8,000 registered professionals and 300 recruiting companies.
The job market is undergoing major changes. Through the home office, it is possible to hire professionals from different profiles and regions, which makes it easier to recruit more diversity. konecte.me has a great social role, in addition to promoting quick and qualified connections, giving visibility to projects that foster diversity and inclusion, emphasizes Piero Matarazzo, co-founder & partner of the platform.
