The campaign signed by Suno Paim and shows people enjoying the hot weather of the season
Renner launched its new Spring-Summer 2022 collection with a campaign whose motto is “You look amazing in spring”.
The campaign, signed by Suno Paim, includes a film that simulates the perspective of a hidden camera and captures the movements of different people taking advantage of the hot weather of the season. Alternating live action and stop motion techniques, the production captures people’s spontaneous moments.
In all of our campaigns, we seek to reinforce the complicity that we have always cultivated with the public. In this new year, we welcomed spring moved by the brightness of the reunions, in a set of actions that translate the power of nature and valuing pillars that are essential for our business, such as omnichannel and sustainability, said the Director of Corporate Marketing at Lojas Renner, Maria Cristina Meron.
The campaign will be broadcast on open TV and YouTube from the 24th of August. In addition to the video, the brand also prepared a series of lives that take place during the months of August and September.
On social media, the retailer mobilized a squad of more than 35 partner creators to promote the arrival of spring, including Rennata, the retailer’s digital persona, who makes her presence known at different times during the campaign, presenting the season’s concept and trends.
The return of the brand’s in-person fashion show
In addition to the campaign, Renner returned with the in-person show and presented the new collection at an event that took place this Wednesday (24), at OCA do Ibirapuera, in So Paulo, which marked the return of the brand’s in-person show after two years and Midle.
Renner’s Spring-Summer 2022 collection was inspired by Quinta Essência, which symbolizes the union between the four elements of nature, fire, earth, water and air, which were represented by components in the show’s setting. The earth was represented in the ambience of the lounges; the water, on the walkway; the fire, in the scenography of the stage and the air, in a space that gave visibility to the actions of the Re Moda Responsvel seal and the initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the event.
The brand’s event featured a series of measures to reduce environmental impact, including the use of a biodiesel-based generator; the ban on single-use plastics; the choice of sustainable landscaping, with components that will have an extended life cycle after the event; the reuse of materials and the donation of surplus materials for upcycling. In addition, Renner implemented measures to neutralize the operation’s carbon emissions.
The show featured 50 looks, 10 of which were created especially for the event and which are already on sale at the retailer’s e-commerce. In addition to the models selected by the brand, athlete Paulo Andr and actress Camilla Queiroz surprised the guests and paraded the last two looks of the night.
After the parade, the guests were able to enjoy the pocket show by singer Luedji Luna.
