The Board of Directors of Grupo Dia, at the initiative of its Chairman Stephan DuCharme, approved the appointment of Martn Tolcachir, currently CEO of Dia Argentina, as Global CEO of the Group.
The executive will assume the company’s global strategy, lead the execution of the acceleration process for growth in all the countries in which it operates and will work closely with Stephan DuCharme, who will continue his non-executive role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
With this new corporate governance structure, by separating the roles of President and CEO, Grupo Dia seeks to accelerate the company’s sustainable and profitable growth, focusing on the development of its strategic priorities and maintaining an increasingly close relationship with all its stakeholders. its stakeholders.
